SailorAgent Labs, operated by SAILORAGENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, is committed to protecting your privacy. SailorAgent is a cloud-hosted SaaS platform. Each user is provisioned a dedicated, isolated virtual machine (VM) — your data is never shared with other users.
We currently collect only email addresses provided voluntarily through our early access signup form. We do not collect any personally identifiable information without your explicit consent, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
SailorAgent is a cloud-hosted service. When you use SailorAgent, your prompts, code, creative assets, and conversation history are processed on your own dedicated private VM provisioned on AWS. Your data is isolated and not shared with other users.
By default, AI model inference is routed through SailorAgent's platform infrastructure. If you configure your own API keys (BYOK — advanced setting), data may also be transmitted to your chosen third-party LLM provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) according to their respective privacy terms.
Each user's workspace runs in a fully isolated VM environment. Your source code, conversation history, Gitea repositories, and creative assets reside on your dedicated EBS volume. We do not access, inspect, or use your private workspace data. Your data persists on your EBS volume even when your VM is sleeping.
Our marketing website (sailoragent.com) may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand user behaviour at an aggregate level. We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
All data processing related to our company operations complies with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
