At SAILORAGENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, we are committed to providing a high-quality AI production experience.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Users are eligible to request a full refund for any unused prepaid balance within 14 days of the original purchase. Once the refund is approved, the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any credits or resources that have already been consumed (including but not limited to VM runtime, AI model tokens, or creative exports) are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate costs associated with cloud infrastructure and third-party AI processing.

3. Processing of Refunds

All refunds are processed through our authorized payment processing partners back to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
