By accessing or using SailorAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are between you and SAILORAGENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, the operator of SailorAgent Labs and the SailorAgent platform.
SailorAgent provides a cloud-hosted AI Creative Studio (the "Platform") that enables users to create software, video, music, design assets, and written content using specialized AI agent crews ("Sailors"). Each user is provisioned a dedicated virtual machine (VM) on AWS for private, isolated execution.
You are solely responsible for the tasks you delegate to the platform and for the content of your creative output. SailorAgent executes tasks on your behalf as instructed — all AI-generated output should be reviewed before use in production or publication.
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You must not use the platform to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
The SailorAgent™ brand name, the Anchor ⚓ visual identity, and the underlying orchestration logic and software architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of SAILORAGENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. All rights reserved.
Code, video, music, designs, and written content generated by AI agents at your direction within your workspace belongs to you, subject to the terms of any third-party AI generation services used as part of the platform pipeline.
SailorAgent provides tooling for efficiency and automation. All outputs generated by AI agents should be reviewed and verified by the user before deployment to production. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
SailorAgent operates on a prepaid, usage-based billing model. Users top up an account balance, which is then consumed as you use the platform:
VM Compute — billed per hour while your virtual machine is running. Your VM auto-sleeps after 30 minutes of inactivity to stop the billing clock.
AI Usage — billed per task execution based on token consumption.
Prepaid balance does not expire. There are no subscriptions, no minimum spend, and no recurring charges unless you explicitly initiate a top-up. It must be clear to you what you are committing to and the amount charged before payment is confirmed.
